You know they are good for you.  Deep and dark or light and leafy, they are all delicious and nutritious.  A giant bowl of mixed greens is the perfect cure for a little too much of anything (St. Patrick’s Day overindulgence, for example).  But leafy greens are not just good for your body – they are good for your home too.
